Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted stained glass art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase is completed. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our unique creations.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at lucidglassartbyalexa@gmail.com. Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will address the issue promptly, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before we receive your deposit on a custom order. Once the deposit is received, the order is considered confirmed, and our all sales final policy applies.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate our customers, due to the delicate and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective, as outlined above.
