FAQ

  • What are drops?

    • Instead of releasing individual glass pieces as I make them, I build up an entire collection and release them at once. To help your odds of snagging one in time, make sure to have an account created beforehand with all of your payment/shipping info so checkout is a breeze!
  • How often do you release new pieces?

    • I try to have drops every other month or so! Just keep an eye out on my IG for new drop info, or sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this screen.
  • How are prices calculated?

    • Prices are determined by several factors! Time, amount of supplies, details, and size are the big ones! Stained glass takes a lot of time and a lot of supplies. I try to price my work fairly for me and you!
  • Do you sell internationally?

    • Yes! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. However, be aware of any import fees that you might have to pay. They will not be calculated as part of your shipping total. You will have to pay those upon receiving your package.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    • If you receive your order and it has been damaged in the shipping process, please reach out to me within 48 hours. I will glady fix any piece that has been damaged!
  • Do you accept refunds/returns?

    • Unfortunately, the nature of my craft requires a lot of time and money spent up front. Therefore I am unable to accept any returns or hand out refunds. All sales are final.
  • Can I make a custom request?

    • Very rarely do I have time to take custom requests, but I would always hear you out! Who knows would could happen.
  • Is stained glass dangerous in my home?

    • While its true that stained glass contains lead, you and your loved ones will be perfectly fine! (Just don't let anyone chew on it!) Wash your hands after handling the piece, and all will be good! I handle these pieceseveryday in my daily life and I routinely get my blood checked for lead. I have been perfectly healthy and safe since starting this craft. You will be too! If you have any other concerns about lead, please researsch having stained glass in your home. It will make you feel much better! Stained Glass has been in homes and churches for decades.
